- Posting: selected candidates may be posted at any of the 30 AEES schools across 15 centres in India. Probation: 2 years.
- ₹750 application fee + ₹250 processing fee = ₹1,000 in total.
- Women, SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates pay no application fee, but every applicant must pay the ₹250 processing fee — so ₹250 in total for them.
- GST as applicable is charged extra by the bank. The fee is paid online only and is not refunded.
- The fee is charged separately for each post applied for — and within PGTs you may apply for only one subject, and within TGTs for only one subject.
Photo & signature — what the form asks
- The notice does not print a fixed KB size for the photo and signature — the sizes are given on the online application portal, so upload them in the format and size the portal asks for.
- Recent colour photograph (JPG/JPEG; PNG also for Principal) and a clear signature scan; scan documents with a proper scanner, not a mobile phone camera, or the form may be rejected.
Photo & signature — do’s and don’ts
Do this
- Apply for only one subject within PGTs and only one subject within TGTs — but you may apply for different posts separately, paying the fee for each.
- Check that your CTET certificate is valid and was issued on or before 22 November 2026 (for PRT and TGT).
- Keep your Police Verification Certificate ready — it must not be older than 6 months at the skill test/interview.
- Read the post-wise qualification in the official notice before applying — Principal and Vice-Principal need years of service, not just degrees.
- Submit before 22 November 2026, 11:50 PM and save/print the confirmation page — the printout is needed at document verification.
Avoid this
- Do not apply for two PGT subjects or two TGT subjects — only one subject is allowed in each group.
- Do not apply for PRT/TGT without a valid CTET certificate (except CS, Art and P&HE TGT).
- Do not scan documents with a mobile phone camera — the notice says to use a proper scanner.
- Do not send the printout of the confirmation page to AEES — keep it for document verification.
- Do not wait for the last day — the fee and the form both close on 22 November 2026, 11:50 PM.
