Questions

How do I reduce a photo to 30 KB?
Drop it above; 30 KB is already set as the target. Press Compress and download the result. Several photos can be done at once.
Will a 30 KB image still look good?
For a signature or a scanned form, easily. For a face, 30 KB gives about 400 pixels across: readable on screen, a little soft if printed.
What if the form also wants specific dimensions?
Use the presets on the page (exam photo, signature, passport) or the passport photo tool for an exact crop; then the size target is applied on top.
Is the picture uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser.
